Manchester Day 2022, Walk the Plank

I worked with the Production Manager to plan and implement production requirements for Manchester Day. I managed the workshop space, overseeing the health and safety of artists and volunteers. I managed artist parking and the smooth running of the parade. My areas of responsibility included: sourcing materials, booking transport, hiring equipment, drafting contracts, letters, and H&S information.  Leasing with suppliers, tracking spends, issuing expenses. I managed petty cash, databases, workshop spaces and logging our sustainability.
